• Flexicon’s aseptic vial fill/finish systems offer precision, efficiency and flexibility. From stand-alone units for hand filling, through to semi-automatic and fully automatic systems, Flexicon offers customised solutions for any glass vial, plastic bottle, test tube, eye-dropper, or non-self standing microtube. The unique design of the Flexicon PF7+ peristaltic filler, along with sets of recommended filling parameters and Accusil silicone tubing, is ideal for filling within the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and biotechnology industries, particularly when handling shear-sensitive liquids.
• Watson-Marlow peristaltic cased pumps are globally They have an accuracy of up to +/-0.5% to guarantee process stability and product quality, with a closed fluid path to ensure complete isolation from any source of contamination during transfer, filling and filtration applications.
• The Watson-Marlow 530 series peristaltic pump has extremely low-shear pump action, allowing biopharmaceutical companies to move product without degradation or damage. This pump is ideal for processes from research to production, with flow rates from 0.004 ml/min to 3.5 L/min and pressures up to 7 bar.
• Manufactured in ISO 14644-1 class 7 cleanrooms and rigorously tested, Watson-Marlow Tubing is available with internal diameters from 0.5 mm up to 25.4 mm, ensuring high-accuracy control of small flow rates as well as the ability to handle larger flow rates as your bioprocess scales.
• WMArchitect™ single-use solutions are designed to offer both standard, ready-to-use single-use assemblies as well as customised designs that are fully supported with tailored validation packages.
• High-purity, PTFE-lined Aflex hoses offer best-in-class kink resistance for biopharmaceutical applications.
