Bredel QLINE 20

Bredel QLINE is a new range of peristaltic pumps for chemical dosing and fluid transfer applications, delivering higher flow rates with lower pulsation.

Scheduled for launch late in 2026, QLINE combines Bredel’s heavy-duty pump expertise with Watson-Marlow’s tube technology in a compact in-line design.

QLINE redefines low-pulsation pumping to reduce stress on pipework and system components which helps extend equipment life, improve uptime and reduce overall operating costs. Its simple in-situ maintenance also increases uptime.

Its smoother flow provides improved dosing accuracy and repeatability, enhancing realtime flow measurement.

The first product in the range, QLINE 20, uses TPU and Santoprene tube elements. Its chemically resistant tubing and wide flow range make QLINE 20 suitable for a variety of abrasive and challenging applications, such as mining reagents, ink and lime.

QLINE 20 can handle flow rates up to 2,100 L/h (554.8 GPH) and pressures up to 7 bar (101.5 psi).
