• Bredel Heavy Duty pump is engineered with advanced safety and reliability features specifically for the mining industry. Enhanced features include: heavy duty frame that enables safer pump transportation using a forklift truck; heavy duty bearings that provide an extended lifetime when pumping high-solid content slurries; a window guard that offers extra protection and a robust flange bracket that reduces the risk of lubricant leakage and simplifies maintenance.
• Bredel hose pumps can handle abrasive sludge, paste, and slurries at 100% volumetric accuracy. The peristaltic hose pumps are virtually maintenance-free as there are no impellers, liners or mechanical seals to replace, no check valves to clog, and no rotors or stators to wear out. They can handle undiluted tailings and thickener underflow slurries with a solids mass concentration of up to 80%, including mixed-regime slurries with oversized particles up to 25% of the hose diameter.
