Aflex extends global reach
As of January 1st, Aflex Hose Ltd, a division of Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions (WMFTS), will provide direct sales and technical support in Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Macedonia as well as in Bulgaria and Romania.
Aflex Hose, located in Halifax (United Kingdom), specialises in the design and manufacture of PTFE-lined flexible hose for the pharmaceutical, food and chemical process industries. The patented PTFE-lined flexible hose outperforms other PTFE and standard hose types to ensure superior flexibility and the highest levels of resistance, superior flexibility and sterility. Since 2016, Aflex is a member of Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions.
Products of Aflex are used primarily in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical process industries. “Users in these industries are benefitting from exceptional chemical resistance, a smooth bore to ensure clean, fast fluid flow, resistance to high pressures and full vacuum, and excellent flexibility and kink resistance”, says Uwe Gromen, head of Watson-Marlow Sales Office that is responsible for Sales in Southeastern Europe.
