We are committed to creating a more inclusive and fair world for our colleagues not just at work, but also at home and within their communities.
As part of our One Place strategy, we are committed to enhancing wellbeing across our communities and tackling global sustainability challenges. We are doing this by increasing the number of volunteer hours contributed by WMFTS employees and expanding charitable donations through the Spirax Group Education Fund.
Promoting human rights, wellbeing, education, equality, and inclusive institutions that empower individuals and communities supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3, 4, 5, 8 and 10.

Group Education Fund
Through the Spirax Group Education Fund, which will donate up to £15 million to education-related projects by 2030, WMFTS colleagues are making a difference in communities around the globe.
