Our Supplier Sustainability Code outlines requirements from direct material suppliers

Making progress against our targets

Sustainable supply chains help reduce carbon footprints, conserve natural resources and promote ethical labour practices.

Our approach to supply chain sustainability prioritises collaboration, education, transparency and accountability. By fostering strong partnerships, we are building a resilient supply chain that meets our future needs while prioritising the wellbeing of people and the planet.

Sustainable supply chains

We actively develop and educate our suppliers, to further raise standards and build long-term partnerships that are mutually beneficial.

By ethical auditing and encouraging our suppliers to reduce their environmental footprint, as well as requiring them to meet our expectations relating to human rights, we are ensuring that we meet both our own high standards and the growing expectations of our stakeholders. Our Supplier Sustainability Code outlines the minimum requirements we expect from all direct material suppliers in our supply chains.

External engagement

To achieve our ambitious Sustainability goals, it will take collaboration across the value chain with all our stakeholders. That is why we actively participate in the sustainability workstreams in the sectors we operate.

Fostering strategic collaborations, advancing inclusive economic growth, and driving innovation through resilient infrastructure and industry partnerships supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 8, 9, 12 and 17.
