Visit the WMFTS booth at the 21st International Pulp & Paper Industry Expo-China (Paper Expo China) to discover how our reliable, low-maintenance peristaltic pumps are helping pulp and paper mills improve process control, reduce downtime, and lower operating costs.

On display will be Qdos^® chemical metering pumps, which have proved to be an ideal solution for metering defoamers, dyes, biocides, bleach and wax emulsions in the packaging, paper, pulp, tissue and converting industries.

With an accuracy of ±1% and repeatability of ±0.5% in dosing, Qdos pumps (20, 30, 60, 120, CWT and H‑FLO) reduce chemical costs while eliminating the need for ancillary equipment often required by diaphragm metering pumps. Maintenance is fast and straightforward, with no tools or specialist training required. The Qdos H-FLO is designed for higher flow rates up to 600 L/hr (158.5 USGPH) and pressure capabilities up to 130 psi.

Bredel hose pumps handle abrasive sludge, paste, and slurries at 100% volumetric accuracy. Flow rates up to 108 cubic metres/hr at 16 bar can be achieved with Bredel, which can transfer slurries with a solids mass concentration of up to 80%. The APEX™ pump from Bredel Hose pumps is ideal for handling abrasive slurries and aggressive chemicals. Starch, colourants, coatings and abrasive pigments are no problem for Bredel hose pumps, which are low maintenance without any valves and seals to wear, clog or leak.

Chemical compatibility is crucial when selecting a hose for any process. Lined with polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), Aflex hoses offer excellent chemical resistance and will also be on display.
