The gentle, low-shear pumping of Certa Sine® pumps from MasoSine and Bredel hose pumps protects yeast integrity, minimises yeast damage and enables yeast to be harvested multiple times, which preserves beer quality and reduces yeast costs.

Bredel hose pumps have also proved their capabilities for pumping abrasive diatomaceous earth in numerous breweries worldwide. Bredel peristaltic pumps are low maintenance without any valves and seals to wear, clog or leak and are also used to transfer yeast.

The new Bredel CIP pump not only maximises hygiene and saves on energy consumption, it also meets the required CIP velocity of > 2m per second and extends hose life.
 
Certa Sine pumps are very easy to clean and perfect for handling viscous products or fluids. Their high suction capability enables yeast to be transferred via long cropping lines, with up to 50% faster yeast harvesting.
  
The Aflex range of PTFE-lined hose assemblies are ideal for breweries. Flexible, non-kink FaBLINE™ hoses provide a more robust and reliable solution than conventional hoses for transferring beer or additives to and from the carbonator, as well as feeding beer to bottling, canning or kegging lines at high pressure.
 
The Qdos® range of chemical metering and dosing pumps offer reliable and cost-effective performance for water and waste treatment companies. Qdos peristaltic dosing pumps, including the Qdos H-FLO for higher flow rates up to 600 L/hr., can eliminate the need for ancillary equipment with flow rates from 0.1mL/min to 120 L/hr. Qdos pumps have an accuracy of ±1% and repeatability of ±0.5%, and this accuracy results in reduced chemical costs and contributes to less emissions with fewer chemical deliveries.
