Corroline+ hoses eliminate problems associated with vibration and pulsation

A pharmaceutical manufacturer was using metal, composite and convoluted PTFE hoses to isolate pumps from the connecting pipework. Vibration was cracking welds on the metal pipes causing them to fail. Whilst pressure pulsation was deforming the convolutions in the PTFE hoses, leading to flow restriction and premature failure.

With hundreds of pumps across the site, each carrying two hoses of between 0.25 and 1 metre long, the customer has solved a serious and ongoing problem.
