Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions (WMFTS) will display a range of peristaltic pumps and associated fluid path technologies designed for pharmaceutical manufacturing during the 2025 ISPE Annual Meeting & Expo at the Charlotte Convention Center, North Carolina (October 26 – 29).

Attendees will be able to discover Flexicon’s customised solutions to fit any glass vial, plastic bottle, test tube, eye-dropper or non-self standing microtube. The unique design of the Flexicon peristaltic fillers, along with sets of recommended filling parameters and Accusil silicone tubing, are ideal for filling within the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and biotechnology industries, particularly when handling shear sensitive liquids.

Products on display include:

• The Flexicon PF7+ is a benchtop peristaltic dispensing pump developed for accurate and reliable manual filling of sensitive fluids in GMP production and cleanroom environments. The closed fluid path removes any risk of cross-contamination, making the PF7+ ideal for aseptic filling. Flexicon’s portfolio ranges from stand-alone units for hand filling, to semi-automatic systems, to fully automatic filling, stoppering and capping machines.
• Flexicon FlexFeed 15 (FF15) is a rotary vial/bottle handling system designed for use with Flexicon’s filling systems. It can deliver up to 2,000 fills per hour. At the same time FF15 provides a consistent production quality that is unobtainable when using a manual or semi-automatic system. 
• Watson-Marlow peristaltic cased pumps are globally recognised and validated for qualified bioprocessing duties. For the user, an enhanced operator and control system interface contributes to step-change improvements in validated process security. Not only do Watson-Marlow pumps deliver accuracy of up to +/-0.5% to guarantee process stability and product quality, but closed fluid path pumping assures complete isolation from any source of contamination during transfer, filling and filtration applications. The Watson-Marlow 530 series peristaltic pump ensures final product quality and unrivalled accuracy with simple-to-use HMI requiring minimal key presses during operation. The extremely low shear pump action allows biopharmaceutical companies to move product without degradation or damage. This pump is ideal for processes from research to production, with flow rates from 0.004 ml/min to 3.5 L/min and pressures up to 7 bar.
