• The unique design of the Flexicon PF7+ peristaltic fillers, along with sets of recommended filling parameters and Accusil silicone tubing, are ideal for filling within the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and biotechnology industries, particularly when handling shear sensitive liquids.
• Watson-Marlow peristaltic cased pumps are globally recognised and validated for qualified bioprocessing duties. For the user, an enhanced operator and control system interface contributes to step-change improvements in validated process security. Not only do Watson-Marlow pumps deliver accuracy of up to +/-0.5% to guarantee process stability and product quality, but closed fluid path pumping assures complete isolation from any source of contamination during transfer, filling and filtration applications.
• High-purity Aflex hoses, lined with polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), offer best-in-class kink resistance for biopharmaceutical applications. Their structure provides a smooth bore to ensure clean, fast performance, resistant to high pressures and temperatures up to 260C.
• ASEPCO® valves are designed for use in the most demanding high-purity fluid streams in bioprocessing applications. The valve bodies are made from stainless steel due to its outstanding corrosion resistance when exposed to repeated clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) cycles.
• The Qdos® range of chemical metering and dosing pumps offer reliable and cost-effective performance for water and waste treatment companies. Qdos pumps have an accuracy of ±1% and repeatability of ±0.5%, and this accuracy results in reduced chemical costs and contributes to less emissions with fewer chemical deliveries.
