Silicone and Silicone Plus diaphragms

Overview

Silicone and Silicone Plus diaphragms

Medical grade platinum-cured silicone diaphragms meet USP Class VI and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 standards.

We provide two different finishes to our silicone diaphragms, white which is made with Q7-4765 and 0.25 % titanium dioxide or clear with no titanium dioxide.

We also offer a Parylene surface treated version doubling the longevity of the diaphragm.

Features and benefits

  • All our diaphragms are laser-etched with cure dates and batch numbers, ensuring that they are completely traceable
  • Medical grade silicone available in white or clear finish
  • Widely used in pharmaceutical applications
  • Parylene surface treated version also available
