The customer started to experience issues when connecting and disconnecting the pipework on to the manifold due to the lack of flexibility.
Aflex recommended Corroflon with a Polypropylene braid (PB), this hose offers a 316SS helical wire which improves flexibility. The polypropylene braid was also recommended as it provided a much safer alternative to a stainless steel braid when handling the hoses.
After introducing Aflex products into their manufacturing process this company has saved time and money or replacements as well as creating a much safer environment.
