• With an accuracy of ±1% and repeatability of ±0.5% in dosing, Qdos pumps (20, 30, 60, 120, CWT and H FLO) reduce chemical costs while eliminating the need for ancillary equipment often required by diaphragm metering pumps. Maintenance is fast and straightforward, with no tools or specialist training required. The Qdos H-FLO is designed for higher flow rates up to 158.5 USGPH and pressure capabilities up to 130 psi.
• Qdos Pressure Sensing Kit accessory, which provides real-time pressure condition monitoring on Qdos pumps. It provides process assurance through real-time pressure monitoring, easily detects leaks and blockages, and enhances your process security and improves safety.
• Bredel hose pumps handle abrasive sludge, paste, and slurries at 100% volumetric accuracy. Flow rates up to 108 cubic metres/hr at 16 bar can be achieved with Bredel which can transfer slurries with a solids mass concentration of up to 80%. The APEX™ hose pump from Bredel is ideal for chemically aggressive or abrasive applications up to 8 bar. The high flow of the APEX pump means less wear on the precision-machined hose element resulting in longer service intervals. Maintenance consists of a simple hose change which can be performed in place, taking minutes.
• The Bredel Heavy Duty pump has enhanced features including a heavy duty frame that enables safer pump transportation using a forklift truck, and heavy duty bearings that provide an extended lifetime when pumping high-solid content slurries.
• The Bredel NR (Natural Rubber) Transfer hose is engineered for general fluid transfer applications at pressures up to 174 psi and can be used for handling sludge with a high solid content, and abrasive slurries.
• Watson-Marlow cased pumps deliver unrivalled accuracy with a simple-to-use HMI which requires minimal key presses during operation. Fluid is fully contained within the tube, providing complete isolation of the pump. Watson-Marlow 530 and 630 pumps, with their robust and simple construction, can be easily operated by different personnel to deliver unrivalled accuracy.
