Our range of reliable peristaltic pumps and hoses enable consistent transfer of shear-sensitive slurries, chemical dosing accuracy and process continuity for companies in the battery industry.

Our proven peristaltic pumps are engineered for demanding abrasive and corrosive fluid transfer and precise chemical dosing in applications producing battery-grade anode and cathode materials. Our smoothbore, PTFE-lined Aflex hoses eliminate the risk of product contamination.

On display will be:

• The Qdos^® range of chemical metering and dosing pumps offer reliable and cost-effective performance. Qdos peristaltic dosing pumps, including the Qdos H-FLO for higher flow rates up to 600 L/hr, can eliminate the need for ancillary equipment with flow rates from 0.1 mL/min to 120 L/hr. Qdos pumps have an accuracy of ±1% and repeatability of ±0.5%, and this accuracy results in reduced chemical costs and contributes to less emissions with fewer chemical deliveries.
• Bredel hose pumps are the ideal choice for handling abrasive fluids at battery plants. The heavy-duty peristaltic hose pumps are virtually maintenance-free as there are no impellers, liners or mechanical seals to replace, no check valves to clog, and no rotors or stators to wear out. Flow rates up to 108 cubic metres/hr at 16 bar can be achieved with Bredel which can transfer slurries with a solids mass concentration of up to 80%.
• Chemical compatibility is crucial when selecting a hose for any process. Lined with polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), Aflex hoses offer excellent chemical resistance and will also be on display. Their structure provides a smooth bore to ensure clean, fast performance, resistant to high pressures and temperatures up to 260C.
