Peristaltic pumps are widely used in industries such as electronics, battery materials processing and semiconductor manufacturing where purity is critical, precision in chemical dosing is guaranteed, and the ability to safely handle corrosive fluids can be assured.

They have no valves, seals or glands and the fluid contacts only the inner bore of the hose or tube. They are simple to install and operate, and easy to maintain.

Our Qdos™ range of versatile chemical pumps deliver high-precision dosing, with an accuracy of ±1% and repeatability of ±0.5% at up to 600 L/h and pressures to 7 bar.

Qdos pumps

Our Bredel hose pumps can transfer slurries at 100% volumetric accuracy. Fluid is safely contained within in a long-life hose with no mechanical parts coming into contact. They can handle shear-sensitive fluids with up to 80% solids in suspension at up to 108,000 L/h at 16 bar.

Hose pumps eliminate the need for ancillary equipment such as dry run protection, seal water flush systems and in-line check valves.

Maintenance consists of a simple hose change, taking minutes and can be performed in-situ without special tools or skilled personnel.

Bredel hose pumps

Our Aflex flexible, kink-resistant hoses contain no adhesives, eliminating any risk of contamination. 

Available with natural or anti-static polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) liner, Aflex hoses offer excellent chemical resistance. 

The smooth bore liner construction ensures clean and rapid fluid flow, resistant to pressures up to 41 bar and temperatures up to 260C.
