Visit the Watson-Marlow stand at FBIC 2026 for expert fluid path solutions
9 April 2026
Visit the WMFTS stand to learn how our industry-leading peristaltic and sinusoidal pumps can contribute to a more reliable and cost-effective food and beverage process.
Discover how the recently launched Bredel CIP pump — a finalist in the Product of the Year category of the Pump Industry Awards — can transform sanitary and hygienic processes that require optimal efficiency and regular clean-in-place (CIP).
Our pumps enable food and beverage producers to boost productivity while reducing energy consumption, water usage, and waste.
Our pumps are designed to boost operational efficiency and improve product quality, while reducing energy consumption, water usage, and waste.
On display will be:
- The Bredel CIP pump was launched in 2025 for hygienic, energy-efficient and simplified cleaning processes and is designed with a new rotor to enable companies to achieve the CIP cleaning velocity requirements of > 2m per second. The CIP pump features automatic retractable compressing shoes that fully open the hose, allowing CIP fluid to flow at the optimal velocity for effective cleaning. By retracting the shoes during cleaning, hose compressions at high temperatures are eliminated, thereby extending hose life and reducing costs of replacement hoses.
- From unloading raw material to a storage tank, through transfer to a mixer/agitator/reactor/cooking vessel, to final transfer to the filling line, Certa Sine® pumps from MasoSine maintain yield and increase output. Certa are very easy to clean and perfect for handling viscous products or fluids. Unlike traditional pumps with rotors that cut through the fluid, Certa’s sinusoidal rotor gently carries fluid through the pump to dramatically reduce shear, while cutting power consumption by up to 50% with high viscosity fluids.
- Lined with polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), Aflex FaBLINE hose is a food-grade flexible hose developed to meet the latest hygiene standards.
- Watson-Marlow pumps deliver accuracy of up to +/-0.5% to guarantee process stability and product quality, and closed fluid path pumping assures complete isolation from any source of contamination.
- The soft pumping action of Bredel hose pumps eliminates shear and minimises the amount of damaged or unacceptable production. Due to the Bredel’s hygienic peristaltic pump design, the only point of contact with the fluid is the inside of the hose. Bredel is suitable for a range of food and beverage applications, from transferring fruit concentrate to serving as as a dry-waste pump for vegetable peel.
