Qdos chemical metering and dosing pump

Qdos® peristaltic chemical metering and dosing pumps, which deliver flow rates that remain constant up to 9 bar, give users a unique advantage over diaphragm metering pumps.

With extended maintenance intervals, Qdos pumps reduce process downtime and lower the overall cost of ownership.

Reduced maintenance with single, no-tools, component replacement

Industry leading ReNu and CWT pumphead technology is at the core of the Qdos pump. This ensures the delivery of accurate and repeatable flow for fluids of wide ranging viscosities.

ReNu and CWT pumpheads provides accurate, linear and repeatable low pulse flow under varying process conditions.

Safe, no tools maintenance plus an integral leak detector which eliminates operator exposure to chemicals.

Qdos pumps can be ordered with the ReNu or CWT pumphead mounted on the left or right side of the pump.
