Efficient yeast transfer with the Certa sine pump
The Certa sine pump helps breweries transfer heavily settled yeast from fermentation tanks quickly and efficiently.
In brewery fermentation processes, yeast can settle densely at the bottom of fermentation tanks, with some strains becoming highly compact and difficult to remove. The Certa Sine pump is designed to handle these demanding applications, delivering a high suction capability of up to 80-85% of full vacuum to efficiently transfer settled yeast.
Breweries using the Certa Sine pump have reported significant reductions in transfer times compared with other pump technologies. In some cases, yeast has been removed in up to 50% less time, helping breweries improve process efficiency, minimise downtime and keep production running smoothly.
