Empowering future leaders

Spirax Group's Global Graduate Leadership Development Programme is a two-year programme, for STEM and Business degree graduates.

As part of this global programme supporting our thermal energy and fluid technology solutions Businesses, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself through Manufacturing, Commercial, Sales and Business placements.

One of these placements will also give you the chance to work internationally to experience different working cultures.

Whatever placement you undertake, you'll always be guaranteed to experience challenging ‘real life’ roles and projects that have purpose at their heart.

During the programme you will be fully supported, developed and encouraged to become a leader for the future.

Our aim is to develop you into a commercial or manufacturing leader for the future. We do this by providing amazing opportunities to do meaningful work, supporting a diverse range of industries served by our three Businesses. Your fully funded, six-month international placement will you give the chance to experience living and working in another country, immersing yourself in their culture, broadening your horizons and collaborating with colleagues from across the world.

You can get involved with our sustainability initiatives, from helping us achieve our net zero goals, to delivering a biodiversity net gain, creating even more sustainable products and delivering our new-to-world decarbonisation solutions. With three days paid volunteering leave every year you can also help make a vital difference in your local community.

Supported by a dedicated Early Careers team, passionate managers, a senior mentor and our graduate alumni, you’ll quickly find your strengths and an area of the business to continue growing your career once you’ve completed the programme.
