The Qdos^® range of chemical metering and dosing pumps delivers reliable and cost-effective performance for water and waste treatment companies. Qdos peristaltic dosing pumps, including the Qdos H-FLO for higher flow rates up to 600 L/hr., can eliminate the need for ancillary equipment with flow rates from 0.1mL/min to 120 L/hr. Qdos pumps have an accuracy of ±1% and repeatability of ±0.5%, and this accuracy results in reduced chemical costs and contributes to fewer emissions with fewer chemical deliveries.
Bredel hose pumps handle abrasive sludge, paste, and slurries at 100% volumetric accuracy. Flow rates up to 108 cubic metres/hr at 16 bar can be achieved with Bredel which can transfer slurries with a solids mass concentration of up to 80%. The APEX™ hose pump from Bredel is ideal for chemically aggressive or abrasive applications up to 8 bar. The high flow of the APEX pump means less wear on the precision-machined hose element resulting in longer service intervals. Maintenance consists of a simple hose change which can be performed in place, taking minutes.
Aflex hoses, lined with polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE), offer excellent chemical resistance. Their structure provides a smooth bore to ensure clean, fast performance, resistant to high pressures and temperatures up to 260C.
