• Bredel hose pumps can handle abrasive sludge, paste, and slurries at 100% volumetric accuracy. The heavy-duty peristaltic hose pumps are virtually maintenance-free as there are no impellers, liners or mechanical seals to replace, no check valves to clog, and no rotors or stators to wear out. Bredel hose pumps can handle undiluted tailings and thickener underflow slurries with a solids mass concentration of up to 80%, including mixed regime slurries with oversized particles up to 25% of the hose diameter, for example mixtures of fine and course tailings. Their ability to handle abrasive, high-viscosity fluids minimises process water usage, maximises uptime and reduces maintenance.
• Qdos^® chemical metering pumps offer repeatable, quick, simple and safer maintenance, which is ideal for contained dosing of reagents at remote mine sites. The unique Qdos ReNu^® pumphead optimises performance through minimal maintenance downtime. Tool-free replacement and fully contained fluid keep your production area clean and contamination-free, which is safer for operators.
• Watson-Marlow cased pumps deliver unrivalled accuracy with a simple-to-use HMI which requires minimal key presses during operation. Fluid is fully contained within the tube, providing complete isolation of the pump. Watson-Marlow 530 and 630 pumps, with their robust and simple construction, can be easily operated by different personnel to deliver unrivalled accuracy.
