WMFTS ANZ celebrates 15th anniversary

From a small office of 11 people (ANZ) to our current team size of 21, from the initial sales volume of 6 million, we have grown our sales by 250%. Our hearts are filled with gratitude as we reflect on the journey from humble beginnings to becoming a strong and resilient team that has continuously adapted and thrived in a dynamic business environment.

As we celebrate our 15th anniversary with our teams together, we are filled with great joy to have built WMFTS ANZ brick by brick not just with toil and sweat, but also with laughter and fun! Celebrating the 15th year of our office is a significant milestone that marks a decade and a half of dedication, growth, and shared success.

Some of our milestone achievements include:

• 2010: WM Australia and WM New Zealand incorporated on 1st July
• 2011: WM ANZ had its first Internal Audit. We came out with flying colours considering we had just started the company.
• 2012: Expat Managing Director Martin left Australia after handing over the reins to the local management
• 2019: WM changed the ERP system over to the WMFTS global Dynamics AX system
• 2020: WM Australia moved to a larger office in Sydney. This office had a larger warehouse and sales office space, which allowed for onsite repair, training and assembling
• 2022: WM NZ moved to a larger premises
• 2023: In May we opened our second office in Perth to support Western Australia sales and support local customers and projects
• 2022: ANZ achieved +30% sales growth
• 2024: ANZ achieved +25% sales growth
• 2025: WM Perth moved over to larger premises to open a Service Centre

Over the years, we have overcome challenges, embraced innovation, and built a workplace culture rooted in collaboration, respect, and excellence.

This celebration is not just about honouring the company’s achievements, but also about recognising the individuals who have contributed to its success.

Every team member - past and present - has played a vital role in shaping who we are today. From relentless customer visits, rushing orders, exhibitions and events, the shared experiences have created bonds that go beyond the workplace. It is these connections and collective efforts that have made our office more than just a place of work—it is a community.
